Hey y'all,
We have another Valentine post for ya!  Please, try to contain your excitement! :)  We just know how much you love belated holiday posts.
Here are a couple pictures of what I gave my Sunday School class, and the rest of the kids at our Church, for Valentine's Day. (A frog Valentine tic-tac-toe game.  Notice the polka dots?)  I didn't get to take a picture of all of the goodie bags lined up all pretty like, so these pictures will have to do.  I was lucky to get these.  I had to confiscate a couple of bags to take these pictures.
I really enjoyed doing this, although, it was A LOT of cutting!
I downloaded the free printables from here
Sorry this is late.  :(
Have a great day!

These are the goodie bags I gave to my Sunday School class.  Their tic-tac-toe game is buried, but it's there.  I included a small bag of Valentine candy and stapled the bags together.

Hey y'all,
We just wanted to share our Sunday School classroom decorations from last year.  We'll post the ones from this year later on in the week.
Be prepared to squint, because these pictures may be considered horrible.  So considered yourself warned!
Have a great day!

the other door with Bible verses on it and hearts I made on the trim

a close-up of the hearts

our "Valentine snow globe".  Some of the hearts say things like "Love vaunteth not"; "Love is patient".

This is really a door cover, but I put it on the wall instead; this was not an easy task. :)

The verses on the paper is:  Romans 8:38&39 "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
I love these verses.  They remind me of how strong God's love is for me and you!  :)

Hey y'all,
It's Friday!  (Just in case you didn't know:))  Have a good week?  Have y'all been having the roller coaster weather that we've been having? > 70 degrees on Sunday, flooding on Monday & Tuesday and 6" of snow yesterday!  Like I said, roller-coaster!  But we don't mind the last bit of weather-SNOW!  :)  We have been anxiously awaiting for the beautifully, light, fluffy stuff, so you might hear about it for a while, since we're ecstatic!  :)  Can ya tell?  We didn't think it was that obvious! lol :)
Well here's to a happy weekend y'all!

5 FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK!

"I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel, so bad!"
So, here are a few of our favorite things:

Photobucket

1.  The beautiful, breathtaking, gorgeous snow God blessed us with yesterday!  :)

2.  Little Caesar's Pizza.  Yum!  Ya, we know it's the cheap stuff....and?  :)

3.  We had a winter wonderland party in Sunday School this past Sunday.  It was 70degrees outside and we were wearing short sleeves IN JANUARY!   Insane.  So I decided we needed to "chillax" with a Winter Wonderland party!  We'll do a post on it later!  It was fun! :)

4.  Our Grandmother received good results back from her tests!  Praise the Lord!

5.  Drinking a good ole' cup of Hot Chocolate to get warm from the blustery cold weather. (which we thoroughly enjoy! ) Dixie had a regular cup of the warm, liquid-y chocolate and I had mine with a dose of peppermint! :)

               "WE REPRESENT THE KING"

For the past few weeks I have been teaching on "Princesses" in Sunday School.  We have learned that we are precious to God and that we have the best job in the world...Serving Him!  We also learned how to live, act, and dress as God's princesses.  All of us who are saved are His princes, and princesses, so we should live and act like it!  We should be proud of who we represent.  We represent the King!
Here is the chorus to a song that fits perfectly!   I taught this chorus to my Sunday School class and we sang it in Church yesterday.

WE REPRESENT THE KING”
Oh, we represent the King.
He's the reason that we sing.
The life we live is dedicated to His majesty.
From His mighty throne He rules by grace alone.
We're here to praise His name in everything.
We represent the King.

To help my class remember Who they represent, I made them princess sashes.  We wore these all day yesterday, and while we sang "We Represent The King".  I think they turned out rather nicely myself.  Not that I'm bragging, none. :)

Here are some pictures of them.
I used red ribbon (It was half off at Hobby Lobby.  Praise the Lord!) because we are made royalty by Jesus' blood.

Here's a closer look for ya.

I got the "rhinestones" at Hobby Lobby as well.  They already had glue on the back.  The letters are scrap booking stickers.  I was going to use white letters, but I couldn't find any.  I was going to do white because we should live our lives purely.

                  HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you have special plans today with special people.  My day is going to be spent with my favorite people, my family.  We are going out to eat then SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!  Two of my most favorite things! :)  Can't beat that huh?  Being with my favorite people and doing some of my favorite things.  Oh!  And there is a chance of snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (Squeal)  Hopefully it becomes a reality instead of just a possibility.  Have not exactly had oodles and oodles of snow this year.  :(  But, I'm not giving up!  "Ask and ye shall receive", right?

Hope you have a very sweet and enjoyable Valentine's Day!  Don't worry about eating too much chocolate.  After all, it is a holiday!!!!!  So, enjoy!  :)

Here are some picture of my Sunday School classroom, all decked out for Valentine's.  Yes, I still have snowmen up too!  :)

This is part of my Snoopy wall.  I took apart my calendars from the past couple of years.  Each one says "Love is..."  What?  Snoopy's saved.  :)

I wrapped the back of one of the doors with this lovely snowman paper.  O.k. O.k. It's technically Christmas paper, but hey, it did the job!  :)

This is my other door,                   A close-up.
containing Bible Verses,
chart and hearts.

One of my walls.  Some of the little heart have sayings from I Corinthians 13.  Love is not puffed up; love is longsuffering etc.
                                A closer look.

Part of another wall.
I know, I know, I could have put this on the back of door. Truth is, I forgot about and decorated the door before I discovered this.  O well!

This picture is not too good.  Sorry about that.  The sign says "Smile, God loves you!"  Some of the smiley faces say the same thing.

Part of one of my shelves.  The picture above is actually the decor that is below this shelf.

I love my snow people!  :)  As you can probably tell.  :)

The front of my classroom.  Sorry it's so blurry. In this picture you can see some more of my "Snoopy Wall".
