How are ya? We have some amazing news to share with y'all! Are you ready? We found out how to make homemade taco salad shells! Not the grand news you were expecting, huh? Sorry if we let you down, but this is a big deal for us. We LOVE taco salads! :)
How do you do this? Glad you asked, we're happy to share it with you! If you have a taco salad shell pan then you know what to do. For those of us who don't have one, all you have to do is use a big cupcake pan, turn it upside down and "form" you flour tortilla shell around it. It won't actually form, this is to make it semi-bowl-shape. Bake at 350* till it starts to turn light brown and VIOLA! You have a taco salad shell! We got the idea from here. We did change it up a bit, but you still get the same yummy result!
